Your reservation is valid for the selected booked time online or in person for 1 to 4 guests. If your reservation shows 1pm-2pm it means that you would need to arrive at 1pm and your time will expire at 2pm.

If you do not show up for your selected time, your tickets are cancelled. It is possible to change the dates for your tickets BEFORE the time if required at no extra charge. If you have not changed the date BEFORE the time you have selected, your tickets are VOID.
We do not give refunds or credits for tickets unless necessitated due to Government Closing COVID-related issues.

The human body is of infinite beauty that must be shared in a consenting context. You may wear lingerie or revealing outfits, we simply ask no pornography, insertions or fluids for sanitary reasons.

If you wish to change outfits, kindly use our designated changing areas.
